At Agape Health & Wellness Center, we understand that mental health affects every part of life, including physical health, relationships, school, employment and overall well-being. Our behavioral health professionals provide compassionate, confidential and individualized care for children, adolescents and adults.  We listen carefully, identify each person’s needs and work collaboratively to develop practical goals and an individualized plan of care. When appropriate and authorized by the patient, we coordinate behavioral health, psychiatric, primary care, substance use and supportive services to promote whole-person wellness.

Services are based on an individualized assessment, clinical need, provider availability, program criteria and insurance authorization when required. An assessment does not guarantee admission into a particular program.
