Dr. Erakal Goodman is the visionary Chief Executive Officer of Agape Health and Wellness Center, Inc., a leading nonprofit organization providing integrated primary care and behavioral health services across Northeast Florida. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Dr. Goodman has dedicated her career to advancing equitable, compassionate care for underserved and high-risk populations.

She holds a Doctorate in Christian Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology—an academic foundation that uniquely positions her to address the multifaceted needs of individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and social determinants of health.

Dr. Goodman’s leadership is deeply rooted in her personal journey and unwavering commitment to community service. She is a passionate advocate for whole-person care, drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience to guide her work. Her strategic vision and heartfelt dedication have transformed Agape into a trusted community resource and beacon of hope for individuals and families seeking healing and restoration.

Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

Dyman Howard is the Vice President of Agape Health and Wellness Clinic, where she is passionate about breaking down barriers to healthcare access.

With a commitment to serving those in need, Dyman works to ensure that everyone can receive the essential services they deserve. Her dedication to the field of healthcare is evident in her innovative approaches and compassionate leadership, making a positive impact on the community.

Executive Assistant and Office  Manager

Brenda Celeste Washington serves as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, providing essential administrative and operational support to executive leadership and the organization’s daily functions. In this role, she helps coordinate schedules, manage office communications, organize administrative processes, and ensure that staff members, clients, and community partners receive professional and courteous assistance.

Known for her dependability, attention to detail, and welcoming presence, Brenda is committed to supporting an organized, responsive, and compassionate workplace. Her dedication contributes to the organization’s ability to operate efficiently while maintaining the high standard of care, professionalism, and respect that every individual deserves.

Corporate Compliance Coordinator and Project Director

Shayla Pinkney serves as Corporate Compliance Coordinator and Project Director, supporting the organization’s commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, quality services, and operational accountability. She assists with internal monitoring, personnel and program-file reviews, policy implementation, staff education, corrective-action follow-up, and grant-program oversight.

In her counseling role, Shayla provides compassionate, person-centered support within the scope of her verified education, credentials, and clinical supervision. Her dedication to integrity, documentation quality, and client-centered care helps ensure that individuals receive services in a professional, respectful, and supportive environment.

Physician Assistant—Primary Care and Infectious Disease Services

Ne’Tosha Dopson‑Woodall serves as a Physician Assistant at Agape Health & Wellness Center, Inc., providing compassionate primary healthcare and infectious-disease services. She supports patients through preventive care, routine health examinations, acute medical visits, chronic-condition management, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, education, and ongoing follow-up.

In her infectious-disease work, Ne’Tosha assists individuals with confidential screening, prevention, evaluation, treatment, monitoring, and linkage to care. Her areas of service include HIV, hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections, tuberculosis screening, immunizations, and other communicable-health concerns.

Ne’Tosha believes every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their health. Through education, early intervention, and coordinated care, she helps patients overcome barriers, better understand their health needs, and work toward improved wellness and lasting quality of life
