Dr. Erakal Goodman
Chief Executive Officer & President

Dr. Erakal Goodman is the visionary Chief Executive Officer of Agape Health and Wellness Center, Inc., a leading nonprofit organization providing integrated primary care and behavioral health services across Northeast Florida. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Dr. Goodman has dedicated her career to advancing equitable, compassionate care for underserved and high-risk populations.
She holds a Doctorate in Christian Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology—an academic foundation that uniquely positions her to address the multifaceted needs of individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and social determinants of health.
Dr. Goodman’s leadership is deeply rooted in her personal journey and unwavering commitment to community service. She is a passionate advocate for whole-person care, drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience to guide her work. Her strategic vision and heartfelt dedication have transformed Agape into a trusted community resource and beacon of hope for individuals and families seeking healing and restoration.
Under her leadership, Agape Health and Wellness Center continues to grow in its mission to “Live Life on Purpose – Transforming Lives from the Inside Out.”

Dyman Howard
Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Dyman Howard is the Vice President of Agape Health and Wellness Clinic, where she is passionate about breaking down barriers to healthcare access.
With a commitment to serving those in need, Dyman works to ensure that everyone can receive the essential services they deserve. Her dedication to the field of healthcare is evident in her innovative approaches and compassionate leadership, making a positive impact on the community.

Dr. Angela Williams
Executive Administration Assistant
Dr. Angela Williams is deeply committed to leadership, education, and service to others. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from Edward Waters University and later obtained her Doctorate degree from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Williams has served as both an educator and an Operations Manager, dedicating her career to helping, mentoring, and empowering others through leadership, education, and community service.
She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization founded on the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. Through her professional achievements and commitment to serving others, Dr. Williams continues to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.

Paula Jamison
Human Resources Director
Paula Jamison serves as the Human Resources Director at Agape Health and Wellness Center, bringing over 15 years of experience in human resources and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, Paula has demonstrated unwavering dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive, and mission-driven workplace environments.
With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the nonprofit sector, Paula has consistently championed best practices in employee relations, talent development, and organizational culture. Her compassionate approach to personnel management ensures that staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to serve the community with excellence.
Paula’s leadership is grounded in integrity, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to Agape’s mission of transforming lives from the inside out. Her work continues to enhance the agency’s impact by cultivating a strong, resilient team dedicated to providing quality health and wellness services to those in need.
