Agape Health and Wellness Center is a non-profit community-based organization that serves the entire Northeast Florida community, including metro Jacksonville and residents of Baker, Clay, Duval, St. Johns and Nassau counties. ​

Agape Health and Wellness Center provides treatment and services to individuals of all demographics and cultural backgrounds. Our core focus is primary health, behavioral health, substance use, housing, and HIV/ AIDS testing, counseling and education to both adults and children.

Agape is a private, non-profit organization that purposes to bring education and treatment about primary health and behavioral health concerns/mental illnesses and substance use disorders to those affected to the local level.

Our mission is evident in all we do, from developing a continuum of treatment services that are evidence-based for a range of illnesses to participating in our communities as a partner in enhancing the quality of life. It is Agape's goal to improve the wellbeing and health of our patients and community.
