The Beautiful Minds Gala Event Committee was born from Agape’s  mission and a desire to spark a larger community conversation around  mental health, substance use, healing, and seeking help without  shame. 

Beautiful Minds exists because what is visible on the outside doesn’t  always tell the full story of what a person is experiencing within. 

This year’s theme, “Unmasked: Beyond the Surface,” challenges us to  look deeper. Behind a smile may be depression. Behind achievement  may be anxiety. Behind strength may be grief. Behind silence may be  someone hoping to be seen, heard, and supported. 

The Gala is more than an elegant evening—it’s an opportunity to  educate, advocate, celebrate resilience, recognize community leaders,  reduce stigma, and raise resources that expand access to care for  those who are uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise unable to access  services. 

Together, community partners, sponsors, advocates, volunteers, and  supporters share one belief: Every mind matters. Every story matters.  Every person deserves to be seen beyond the surface—and everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, recover, and thrive

 

At Agape Health and Wellness Center, we believe healing begins when individuals feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered. Through integrated behavioral health services, counseling, substance use treatment, prevention initiatives, outreach programs, and community wellness efforts, our organization continues to provide life-changing services to individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida.
