Dr. Erakal Goodman
Chief Executive Officer/President
Dr. Erakal Goodman, is the CEO and Founder at Agape Health and Wellness Center, Inc., a not for profit, faith based primary and behavioral health treatment agency in Northeast Florida, where she has worked for over 10 years. Dr. Goodman earned her Doctorate in Christian Psychology, a Master in Business Administration, and is a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor. Dr. Goodman is active in her community and serves on numerous boards and councils in order to help increase awareness of behavioral health issues. Dr. Goodman has worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years.

With us since our founding, Dyman Howard an excellent leader and dedicated to serving the population of focus is one of our veteran team members. She has volunteered and worked in the field of primary health and behavioral health for over five years. Her years of experience and skills added to the forefront has helped our organization grow and succeed.
Carl Ferrell
IT Administrator
Carl joined Agape Health & Wellness Center, Inc. with the vision and drive to improve upon our Family Counseling Center, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Carl develops and directs IT management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals. Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.

Medical Director Primary Health/Infectious Disease
Dr. Pablo M. Pella is an infectious disease specialist in Jacksonville, Florida and is affiliated with Memorial Hospital Jacksonville. He received his medical degree from Universidad de Panama Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

CFO oversees AHAWC’s cash flow planning, preparing and reviewing budgets and tracking operational metrics. She has an in-depth knowledge of risk management methods and the ability to create forecasting models.
